Brilliant! Amazing video of hermit crabs accepting a man-made shell solution
Hermit crabs in Southern Japan were having a hard time finding suitable shell homes to grow into. Sadly, they were using trash as homes and risking extinction.
A Japanese Real Estate Company teamed up with experts at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology to develop the perfect substitute house for the hermit crabs . The results are awesome!
