Chef Moschonas Antonis was born and raised in Athens in 1979. Since that time he followed big chefs all over Greece and worked in famous hotels and restaurants in Athens. He have a work expereience of 10 years.
Chef Kate Pietersen is senior manager & Head Chef in our Restaurant. She completed his hotel management degree in a very renowned place called Cornell university, school of hotel administration.
